Peavey Resort Properties LLC provides exclusive memberships that include two stunning recreational properties, allowing family-friendly access to outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and primitive camping. With limited memberships available, we ensure a unique and personal experience and focus on creating lasting memories in nature.
WELCOME
Peavey Resort Properties LLC is a collection of family owned, family friendly properties with multiple locations offering you a diverse landscape to escape the stress of city life and experience nature at your own pace! These properties are privately owned and are only accessible by membership.
How it works: Members pay a one time fee of $2500 USD and then enjoy 24 hr/365 days per year access to both properties for TWO years! That's it. No fees, No contracts. Pay once and enjoy for the next two years. After the two years are up, member can choose to renew their membership or not. No long term commitments. Just low stress and high enjoyment factor!
Oark Arkansas is our beautiful 40 acre property!
Go hiking, go camp, take your horses and ride the trails or put in some "reel" time fishing in our stocked 9 acre pond in the middle of 40 acres! Located on top of the beautiful Ozark Mountains just 13 miles from the world famous Oark Cafe and General Store.
YOU ALSO get access
to our SECOND location in Galena Kansas! A beautiful 13 acre property covered with gorgeous evergreens and a perfect hidden gem in the heart of the oldest mining town in the entire state of Kansas! This property is conveniently located outside the city limits but just 1.5 miles to downtown Galena and Route 66! Also, it is located just 4 minutes from Schermerhorn Park and 9 minutes from Downstream Casino!

Story
I love the outdoors and I want to share that with everyone I meet. I believe we are closer to God when we are closer to nature. I have 3 dogs and three horses ( but lets face it, no one should have an odd number of horses, so i'm always on the lookout for horse #4). I'm always looking for a good place to ride and relax! This coming May I will be a registered nurse for 20 years... While its been a rewarding career it's taken a toll on me. I think it does everyone if they stay in it long enough.
I have created this business to help others have a place to unplug, relax and exhale. It is amazing what a little time away, alone, in nature, away from the noise and frustration of the city can do for your soul, your health and even your physical appearance. I hope this website, our facebook page or good ol' word of mouth finds the right people and gives them the peace it's given me and my family. I've enjoyed getting to make memories with my kids that hopefully last their lifetime and I'm looking forward to making so many more. Please come and enjoy these wonderful properties! Come take your holiday photos at our beautiful property in Galena, KS! Let those gorgeous evergreens create the perfect backdrop for your holiday photos. The Oark property provides a variety of back drops, water, open fields, forest... If you are a photographer looking for that perfect setting for your sessions, look no further! Members can bring their own photographer and pay no fees or if you are photographer and not a member but would like to use our property for photo sessions, you can purchase a one day pass for $125.
